Alternates
Part of the lure of building your own boat or
having a custom boat built for that matter is modifying
the design or accommodations to fit your particular
needs.
As we have
built this boat, we have modified Bolgers thoughtful
design in several areas:
- The Head
- modified porta-potti to mount on a 20
gallon holding tank. Self contained flush
water.
- Eliminated the rear Cabin Roof Overhang
- had 4.5 ft of headroom.

Ladder - Bolgers plans are vague
- Rear
Rails - Senior swimmers need more help

Design - Modified to include screens and external
mini-blinds
- Steering
and Nav Station Integration

- Clothes
Hanging - Rotated front qtr windows forward to gain
a 7" stack on each side behind the seats .
- Canvas
Guest Room - A forward cockpit tent providing
private [ blinds and lockable door ] sleeping quarters
for two.
